ElectroDome: custom EMI/RFI gaskets cut to your drawing

ElectroDome supplies EMI shielding gaskets and thermal pads cut or formed to your drawing: a few parts for a prototype, a small series or a production run. Behind the site is a Paris-based team that has worked with EMC shielding for several years, on projects in the medical, aerospace and electronics sectors.

  • Parts made to order for the specific needs of each project.

  • Traceable materials, and every order checked before it leaves.

  • A sample of 3 pieces to try before the series.

You send a drawing; we come back with a reference, its datasheet and a quote.

How a project works

  1. You describe the need. A drawing or dimensions, the metal of the housing, and what the gasket has to withstand: temperature, water, dust, frequent opening. A sketch is enough to start; the form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF and DOC files.
  2. We propose a reference. It is chosen from our five families (conductive silicone, fabric-over-foam, knitted wire mesh, finger stock, thermal pad) and comes with its datasheet and a quote. The figures are those of the material, given as they are.
  3. You try it. A sample of 3 pieces lets you check closing force, contact and fit on your own housing. The sample fee may be deducted from your first order; the amount and the conditions are stated on the quote.
  4. We launch the series. Every order is checked before it leaves, by eye and for dimensions, against what was agreed with you.

Where our experience comes from

The team has worked with EMC shielding for several years, on projects in the medical, aerospace and electronics sectors. One habit has stayed: before proposing a part, we ask the questions that prevent unpleasant surprises. Which metal faces the gasket? How much compression? What environment?

What you can ask us for

  • flat gaskets and frames cut to drawing, including connector shapes;
  • profiles cut to length, O-rings, adhesive-backed strips;
  • thermal pads cut to your dimensions;
  • a prototype, a small series or a production run;
  • a reply by e-mail in English or French.

What we check

We work with certified suppliers and keep the materials traceable. Before dispatch, every order is inspected visually and dimensionally against the agreed specification.

The standards of your sector (DO-160, IEC 60601-1-2, MIL-STD-461, the EMC Directive and others) qualify the finished equipment, not the gasket. Our products can contribute to its compliance, and we give you the material data for your own tests.

Industries We Serve

An aircraft radio, an infusion pump and an engine control unit do not face the same interference, the same temperatures or the same rules. We start from your sector and your operating conditions, then find the gasket or pad that fits. Our commitment

Reliability, transparency and support at every step

Submit your project
  • A clear approach

    We restate your need in writing (dimensions, environment, performance, quantity) before drawing up the quote.

  • Data given as it is

    Indicative values, confirmed on the quote for the reference proposed.

  • A contact in Paris

    Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Paris time, for technical questions and for following your order.
